25 minute follow up - $250

90 minute Psychiatric Consultation or Second Opinion - $750
(includes a one page report)
* Due to this, Dr. Corey, can focus more individualized, quality time and attention to each patient she services. Advanced payment is required to book your appointment slot. Dr. Corey will provide you with an invoice to assist you in obtaining reimbursement from your insurance company. Appointment cancellations require 48 hour advanced notice or you will be responsible for the full appointment fee.
